To the Hon T B Maxwell Ordinary of Said County. The petition of C L Harrell shows that he is the Father of Cecil Harrell Charles L Harrell Jr. Dorothy Harrell and Eugenia Harrell minor children of C L Harrell and Olive W Harrell minors residing in said county: that said minors have an estate of probably Two Hundred $200.00 Dollars coming to them from deed from their mother. Petitioner prays an order appointing him Guardian of the property of said minors.

Decatur Court of Ordinary Nov Term 1910 upon reading and considering the petition of C L Harrell the Father of Cecil Harrell Charles L Harrell Jr Dorothy Harrell and Eugenia Harrell minor children of C L Harrell and Olive W Harrell; it is ordered that the said C L Harrell be and he hereby appointed Natural Guardian of the property of Said Minors, and that he give bond and security as required by law in the sum of Four Hundred $400.00 Dollars and take and subscribe the oath as required by law of such Guardians

To the Ordinary of said county The petition of C.L. Harrell, Guardian of the person and property of Cecil, Chas. L. Jr. Dorothy and Eugenia Harrell showing that the estate of said wards, consists all of those city lots in the city of Bainbridge, County of Decatur in the north half of block. G. V. 10 of Jno E. Donalson, subdivision of blocks designated on map attached to deed from Jno E. Donalson to John R. Sharpe which is recorded in Book 42 page 44 clerks office of the Superior Court of said county on April 4th 1904 and known on said map as Nos. 1. (one) 4. (four) 5 (five) 8. (eight) nos 4 and 5 each fronting Fifty feet on Shotwell street in North and each running back from Shotwell street, one hundred and fifty ft also Ten (10) feet off Lot no (8) fronting Ten feet on Shotwell st on the North and running back from Shotwell st (150) feet Also no 24 in the south half of Block J.V. 10. in said map as recorded with said deed to Jno R Sharpe, fronting 50 feet on Sharpe street on the North and running back from Sharpe street one hundred and Twenty five feet, bounded on west by Scott street, and that for the purpose of Education and support it is necessary to sell the said land. Wherefore, petitioner prays an order directing citation to issue and be published as the law requires, and if no good cause be shown to the contrary, your petitioner be granted leave to sell said land.

The written petition of C.L. Harrell as Guardian, praying for leave to sell the land of said wards, having been duly filed, and it appearing that notice of the same has been published as required by law, that it is necessary for the purpose of Education and support that the said land be sold, and no objection being filed thereto it is ordered by the Court that the said C. L. Harrell be, and is hereby granted leave to sell for the purpose aforesaid, the following described land of said wards. All of those city lots in the city of Bainbridge County of Decatur in the north half of Block G.V.10. of Jno E. Donalson. sub Division of Blocks designated on map attached to dee from Jno. E. Donalson to Jno R. Sharpe which is recorded in Book Y.2. page 44. Clerks office of Superior Court of said County on April 4th 1904 and known on said map as No 1, 4, 5, and 8, Nos 4. and 5 each fronting fifty feet on Shotwell st in the North and each running back one Hundred and fifty feet from Shotwell st, also 10 feet of Lot no 8 fronting 10 feet on Shotwell st on the North and running back on Shotwell st (150) ft. Also TW24, in the South half of Block GV.10. in the said map as recorded with deed to Jno R Sharpe fronting 50 feet on Sharpe street on the North and running back from Sharpe street 125 feet. Bounded on the west by Scott street.
