They therefore humbly pray your Worship would be pleased to admit them as minors under the age of twenty one to make choice of Guardians to take care of their Estate in the room of the former Guardians appointed. And your Petitioners s/the Mark of George Gregory "O", the mark of Christian Gregory "X"."

- I, Richard Gregory being sick in body but of sound memory blessed be God and putting to mind human mortality I make and publish my last Will and Testament in manner following. First it is my will that all my just debts be paid off; and I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Margretha two thirds of all my household goods and one half of all my other moveables as horses Cattle Sheeps Hogs Husbandry and every Thing and a free abode or habitation in the house like formerly. So long she is Widow. My sons, John, David and Richard have already got each of them their full shares from me and to my son Andrew I give and demize one half of all my lands I posess, for himself his Heirs and Assigns for ever, and one third of the household goods and one half of all my other moveables aforesaid. And to my younger sons Jacob, George & Christian I give and demise one half of all my lands I posess in equal Portions unto each of them and each of their heirs and assigns for ever and if any of them should die Intes (hole in paper) then the Survivor (hole in paper) shall equally inherit the Portion of - Deceased, and it is further my will that the said my younger sons be put out to a good trade each of them in due time. And I do give unto my Daughters, Mary the wife of John Jones the sum of Ten pounds; to Elisabeth the wife of George Mack the sum of Ten pounds, and to the children of Judith late the wife of John Roads the sum of Ten pounds; to Anna the wife of Joseph Betty the sum of Ten pounds. To Margretha the wife of Jacob Forge the sum of Twenty pounds; and to Elisabeth Kurtz I give a mare and two cows. To my younger daughters Sarah and Hannah I give to each of them the sum of ten pounds and two cows. And it is my Will and I do ordain that all the aforesaid Legatees be paid out of my whole undivided estate. And I do ordain and constitute my trusty friends and neighbors Jacob Miller of Hereford Township aforesaid, Yeoman, and Henry Bork (?) of the same place, Carpenter, Executors of this my last Will and Testament in Trust for the Intents and Purposes in this my Will contained. In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal this eighteenth Day of February in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty five. - Signed Sealed pronounced and Declared by the sd Richard Gregory for his last Will and Testament in the Presence of us Christopher Shultze Lodowick Bitting(?) Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania, the twenty fourth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty five personally appeared Christopher Shultze and (hole in paper) and declaring themselves conscientiously, scrupulously of taking an oath on their solemn affirmation recording to law did declare and say, respectively, that they were present together and saw and heard Richard Gregory the Testator therein named sign seal publish pronounce and declare the foregoing writing to be his last Will and Testament and that the said Testator was, at the doing thereof, of sound mind memory and understanding as they surely believe, and that the names Christopher Shultze and Ludwick Betting thereto subscribed are of the proper and writing respectively of the said Affirmants by them subd as Witnesses thereto in presence of each other and in the presence and at the request of the said Testator.
